RSPCA Safe Haven Scheme
The Safe Haven Scheme was launched in September 2008. The scheme offers well-wishers the opportunity to give a regular amount every month, from as little as £3, to sponsor a dog kennel, cat pen or rabbit run at the Preston Animal Centre. Preston & District RSPCA Animal Centre rescues thousands of animals each year. The animals come into the Centre from various situations; stray, mistreated or neglected, sick or injured, or simply because their owners no longer want them. The work the Branch carries out costs in the region of £250,000 each year. We cannot exaggerate enough that we rely entirely on local donations from the people like yourselves; we receive no state aid, lottery grants or financial help from the National RSPCA. We really need your help to maintain this level of animal welfare. We provide the Safe Haven needed for so many animals in the area. Please help support us!
