Success Stories!!

We all love a happy ending so here are some of our residents who have successfully found permanent homes where they are now getting the care, love and attention they deserve. If you can provide a loving and caring environment for any of our residents still needing homes please contact us.

If you have any stories or pictures of animals you have got from the Centre please forward them on to us as we always like to hear how our previous residents are getting on.

Maddox
Maddox

Maddox (previously known as Bullseye) was rehomed with us a month or so ago now. My girlfriend and I have been in to see you with him since rehoming with a letter of thanks and some pictures for you but I thought a picture for your Internet web site would be good if you need to brag anymore about the excellent job you do at the Centre.

Maddox has become a cheeky, confident and happy young man and has settled into his new family life brilliantly. He sleeps, eats, plays and pretty much lives like a king. He was given this second chance in life thanks to the amazing job you guys did for him and others alike.

On Maddox's behalf thank you and from both myself and my girlfriend Thank You!

Dave, Amy and Maddox

Adonis
Adonis

Adonis, a Great Dane Cross is a friendly dog who needed a little extra training but had the potential to make someone the perfect companion. He has finally been adopted and he is settling in really well and is very happy in his new home!

Mabel
Mabel

Mabel is a very affectionate and loving cat who came in as a stray. She has finally found someone to love her and is doing really well in her new home, and is coping fine after her amputation!

Lionel
Lionel

Lionel was a Special Appeal. He had been at the Centre since August 2007. He had been here for a long time because he couldn't stop sneezing. The vet tried lots of different lotions and potions but none of them would shift it. He needed a home suitable for him to be an indoor house cat, and be the only cat in the household, so that he couldn’t pass it to any other cats. We are very pleased that Lionel has finally been adopted by a family who can accommodate his needs, along with lots of love and attention. Congragulations Lionel!

Johnston
Johnston

Johnston is one of the Centre's favourite dogs; he came in as a stray but his owner never came for him. He is a lovely old man needing the perfect quiet home where he can relax in his bed and go for a quiet stroll with his new owner.

After our appeal to find Johnston a new home - he finally gets a new home and a new mum who loves him! After being in kennels at the branch since July 2007, a lady has adopted him and made him a very happy chap, and the staff are delighted! In his first few weeks at his new home he has already been spoiled rotten, and been able to relax with new toys and chews, and collars and coats from his mum! He has also paid a relaxing visit to a Pet Salon to be pampered! Well done Johnston!

Clive
Clive Clive is a very friendly dog who was found as a stray. He loves to sit and give his paw for treats and playing wth toys. He hsa recently found a family to take care of him. Good Luck Clive!

Tululah
Tululah Tululah is a beautiful girl and came to the Centre as a stray but her owner never came for her. She is very affectionate, and loves her cuddles! She can be quite a shy and timid character so would benefit from a quiet house. She has now been adopted by a suitable family. We wish her well!

Hoover
Hoover Hoover came to the Centre at the beginning of December 2007 as a stray. He is a lively dog who loves to play with his toys. He has now found a home with a caring family!

Molly
Molly

Molly came to the centre via an RSPCA Inspector in June 2007 because her owner was neglecting her. In January 2008 Molly got the home she so desperately deserved! She went to her new home with her new best friend, who was also previously adopted from the RSPCA. Congratulations Molly!

Kane
Kane

Kane has got a wonderful new home!!

He has finally found his perfect family and is settling in really well. His owner runs a successful business and Kane regularly gets to meet the customers and gets lots of strokes and attention!

Nelson
Nelson

Nelson gets his perfect home!!

Nelson had been at the Centre for a very long time. Nobody ever saw him when they came as he always hid from people and tried to avoid being looked at. He has now finally got the quiet, caring home that he deserves.

Harry

Harry

Harry has found a new home! He has been a long stay resident in the kennels and has now found a loving home were he can relax and be loved. Well done Harry!
